So regarding puttin' music up here, if I were to put out an EP (New) would it be better to upload it one track at a time, OR slap all the tracks into one seamless wave and call it a day? It'd be 4-5 tunes, probably

If you're going for trying to get album sales, you could definitely do an EP and append a bandcamp or something at the bottom. Alternatively you can release them independently and throw them up as a playlist if you want to keep things local to NG. Currently I'm in the process of trying to build an album myself with gradual releases
